If a specific question or answer looks wrong, use “Report an error” on that item in the app: pick the issue type (translation, question incorrect, spelling, or other), add a note if you like, and send. Reports are anonymous, reach us with the exact content reference attached, and fixes are published in the in-app changelog.
Common questions
Free vs Full Access. Free, always: the diagnostic test, chapters 1–2, all core practice questions, your first full mock, and your test history and readiness score. Full Access — an auto-renewing subscription (monthly or 3-month) with a 7-day free trial for eligible new subscribers — unlocks the complete course including chapters 3–5, extended practice, unlimited mocks and the full mastery map.
Subscribed, but chapters 3–5 haven’t appeared? After you subscribe, the app downloads the full course content from our server — units briefly show “Downloading your course content…”. If a unit says “Couldn’t download — tap to retry”, check your connection and tap the unit to retry. Once downloaded, content is stored on your device and works offline.
Managing or cancelling your subscription. Subscribed on the web? Go to Account → Manage subscription at lituk.app. In the iOS app, subscriptions are billed by Apple. On your device, open Settings, tap your name at the top, then tap Subscriptions. Cancelling stops future renewals; access continues to the end of the period you’ve paid for. A free trial converts to a paid plan unless you cancel at least 24 hours before it ends.
Refunds. App Store payments and refunds are handled by Apple, not by us. Request a refund at reportaproblem.apple.com. For a web (Stripe) subscription, email us.
Restore purchases. On a new device, open the full-access screen in the app and tap Restore purchase.
Your data. See our Privacy Policy. We don’t create accounts or collect your name — your study data stays on your device.
The official test
This app is an independent study aid. The real Life in the UK Test is booked only at gov.uk (£50). We are not affiliated with the Home Office.
